While once this was the cheapest option for this many icons- now it is one of many. It still isn't horrible, but I would rather push into a higher bracket when it comes to damage.

Not enough icons in my mind in this modern dome to not just be blocked out of hand.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
The Bundle of Burning Birch Branches provides the same level of attack with less variation. Though it isn't as good as it looks. Same with the recently released The Power of Friendship

Pop For Your 'Points (3/3): Geraptiku Attack Leaf is the cheapest way to deal 12 icons in the Battledome. Anything that matches or beats the maximum damage of this weapon either costs exponentially more or must meet particular requirements in order to pull it off.

In Battle (3/5): It's pretty easy to see what you're getting into here: Geraptiku Attack Leaf deals 9.3 - 12 icons spread across air, earth and physical. Because each damage value has an equal chance of occurring, there are a couple facts to point out. There is a 70% chance GAL will hit for more than 10 icons. Moreover, there is 40% chance GAL will hit for more than 11 icons. This is important if you are on a budget and picking out weapons for 1-Player, as the other two solid options are the 10 icon Scroll of the Scholar and 11 icon Scroll of Knowledge. Also of interest is how Geraptiku Attack Leaf is more condensed in terms of icon spread.

When it comes to 2-Player, GAL is best (see: usable) in League 97. As this format caps icon output at 12, you can see the intrinsic worth of this weapon. Only Meukas Snot Trail deals a constant 12 icons. Outside of that, people typically use 11 icon weapons when trying to maximize damage in a round. A favorite combination for big damage is an 11 iconer x2 plus the faerie ability An Icicle. You can often outdamage the opponent if you meet their weapons with 2x Geraptiku Attack Leaf. You also risk doing less damage, of course.
