Price/Power (0/5)
It's crazy to me just how non-special these neoquest items are these days. It really is; sure, 13 icons isn't horrible; nor is the primarily air attack. But it's cost? It really brings it down. This item is a great example of icon inflation ruining something good. Why would I go for this anymore when I can just pick up an item for next to nothing which is just as good or better. Crazy.

Countermeasures (2/5)
Counters are alright, air is harder to block than light, and there is nothing wrong with this combo besides the fact that it provides so little regardless of if it is blocked.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
While it is hard to find this exact combo TOO Much better (cheaper, yes), I would just suggest going for something more powerful to begin with. A super powerful Void Blade costs half of what this does right now.

Other Points (1 Bonus)
I'll give it a bonus for the legacy of NQ2 prizes.

Final Thoughts
If they ever made a NQ3; the items for the highest difficulty would likely need to be hidden tower level...

At a Glance (2/3):
5 light and air icons plus physical thrown in there. That's 13 icons of solid power.

In-Depth (1/4):
This wand gets into trouble from Hubrid Nox Memorial Shield and Ghostkershield, with the nox shield fully blocking it, and ghostkershield leaving ~4 icons behind. The light damage also gets tied down by a lot of light-blocking dual duties, like {{Dark Faerie Collar}}, Jhudoras Bewitched Ring, and Stocking Full of Coal. Thus, it isn't as safe for this wand to be used as its sister, Bow of Destiny.

It definitely was more fun to use this a couple of years ago when the somewhat ubiquitous nox shield wasn't lurking around..

Price (1/2):
There are more reliable alternatives to this while it costs ~1.4-1.6m. The aforementioned bow is ~1.1m; Ylanas Blaster and Brynns Legendary Sword of Wraith Smiting are at most half of the wand's price; Altador Cup Throwing Star is ~200k-400k cheaper.

Though, it is a good bit cheaper than what it used to be, which counts as something.

Bonus (1/1):
This is an incredibly gorgeous wand. Even though it may not be safe to use, it's really beautiful to look at, and is still very good at blowing things up!

Final Score: 5/10

Price/power (2/5): NQII weapons will never be as cheap as Ylanas Blaster, Brynns Legendary Sword of Wraith Smiting, or Altador Cup Throwing Star. This weapon is from a different era.

Tactical (3/5): Not exactly easy to fully block. That being said, Thief Dagger and Winged Scarab both cut into this quite a bit, though the wand will still come out on top. The only shield that blocks this properly is the Studded Leather Cuirass.

Bonus (1/1): I feel bad for those who had to play the game on Insane difficulty to get this.

Closing Remarks: The price of this weapon makes it obsolete. Get an Altador Cup Throwing Star or Dr. Sloths Personal Bath Buddy instead.
