Rating: | Price/Power (4/5) Providing 11 icons with a decent spread and extra on certain circumstances is good for a shield... Perhaps it's price could come slightly more down but overall it is on par with most other shields of it's type. Countermeasures (4/5) This takes a large hunk out of the Hanso Charisma Charm, Scroll of the Wise, Brynns Legendary Sword of Wraith Smiting and many other decent items. That right there is pretty impressive. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades Other powerful shields like the Wanderers Cloak or the cheaper Kiko Skull Pirate Hat/Virtupets X-514 Super Shield may be worth looking into. Rating: | Price/power (5/5): Could potentially block 15 icons of damage. Very impressive for the price, at least under the right conditions. Tactical (3/5): Note that it doesn't block air, so you better hope that your opponent is mainly using the icons that are being blocked. The lack of breadth is generally not a problem, because it does block an impressive number of icons in total. Could potentially counter Brynns Legendary Sword of Wraith Smiting, but be sure to back up your defense with a powerful attack. Bonus (1/1): This is one shield that's withstood the test of time. Closing remarks: The main alternative is the classic Leaf Shield, though full armour-like shields are also viable.
