Price/Power (4/5)
The price to power ratio of the anagram swords is second only to the Dr. Sloths Personal Bath Buddy when it comes to attacking weapons. They are a staple of combat.

Countermeasures (3/5)
Hit by the Pirate Captains Hat, Shield of Pion Troect and Illusens Silver Shield. While not as commonly blocked as some icons, the fact there are so many options makes me still lean more towards the Sword of Reif or Sword of Ari.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
Any of the other anagram swords, if you don't have the money just go for the Dr. Sloths Personal Bath Buddy. After this point really you will be aiming for the cove family of weapons most likely, so the Attack Peas of the world.

15 icons of pure earth plus an extra 1.25-9 physical icons for good measure.

In-Depth (4/4):
This is, what I consider to be, the 3rd most "safest" anagram weapon to wield, behind Sword of Reif, and Sword of Ari. If species resistances return, then this'll be bumped up to 2nd safest.

The reason why I say this is the safest is because there isn't any easily obtainable. Illusens Silver Shield, while being rather cheap to obtain, isn't easy to find and sell; Shield of Pion Troect is available at the Hidden Tower for 6m, and ~5.2m if I remember correctly from other players, but at a glance, it isn't a desirable shield for players to try to obtain; Pirate Captains Hat is less than 4m at the moment I think, but it is more for shorter battles due to it being temporarily breakable; and Ultra Dual Shovel, while it being an extremely effective reflector, costs ~17m to obtain, making it not as affordable to players in general. As for shields, Ghostkershield and Hubrid Nox Memorial Shield both hinder it the most, but thats all they can do this sword: HINDER. Adding in another anagram weapon (including itself) can overwhelm any of the Hidden Tower shields.

Additionally, it easily comboes with many high-end weapons that rely on massive earth damage, such as Grapes of Wrath, and the infamous Super Attack Pea, making this weapon rather extremely attractive to use.

Price (2/2):
Going at less than 10m (used to go for 10.5m), I'd say the price is ok for what it does. ~18 total icons on average is pretty strong. And it will only go lower from here on out, even if only a little...

1P 7/10: One of the new anagram swords averaging 18 icons, this weapon is worth considering as a 2nd/3rd constant or even as alternative to Kelpbeards Trident since it is fully blocked by the least number of challengers.

2P 8/10: While Earth is partially blocked by most HT level shields, it is somewhat challenging to full block or reflect with Pirate Captains Hat, Craftsmans Lens and Kings Lens among the better options. This sword gets through sink and would be a good option to have in a HT level set.
