Rating: | This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use. Price(0/3): Completely worthless. Any neopoint spent on this item would be a waste, so it doesn't matter if it were dirt-cheap. Power(0/5): The amount of icons this shield defends against is way too low, wasting a slot in today's battledome when you could attack more instead. Uniqueness(0/2): Most shields tend to defend icons in such low amounts that it's not worth it to use them over any weapon. This isn't the exception. Overall it's just your average underpowered, useless item. Nothing worth checking out here. Because of that its final rating is 0/10. Rating: | Price/Power (1/5) This item is R99, but is still cheap due to being given out by the wheel of excitement... This does not however make it worth using in the slightest. Countermeasures (1/5) These days it is very easy to avoid using a certain icon if you need to. However, having this many icons of air defense is slightly more useful then most 5 icon bulk items out there. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades Finding this many air icons is actually pretty hard, but if you really need to cut down that many at least get the much cheaper Basic Shield of Flight. Honestly though you would be much better served cutting back on those air icons and getting yourself either a Studded Leather Cuirass or Blue Draping Cloak. Other Points Final Thoughts The only thing "greater" about this defense scroll is that it is air based. Rated on June 27, 2015 |

Rating: | Price/power (2/5): Not particularly expensive, but blocks only 5 icons. Tactical (0/5): If you're using this scroll, obviously you're expecting quite a bit of air coming your way. Air is usually paired with other things, so you probably have 5-6 incoming air icons. Assuming both are decently powerful, you'll have to make sure your other weapon can outdamage them. Which means you're facing 12-13 icons. You would then have to have an expensive-ish weapon such as Ylanas Blaster, Brynns Legendary Sword of Wraith Smiting, or the Altador Cup Throwing Star to outdamage them. Which brings us to the question of why you're using such a weak shield in the first place. Bonus (0/1): "Most powerful" isn't nearly powerful enough.
