Rating: | Ah, I still vaguely remember the days when I paired this up with my Fish Bone Bruce Sword. :P Of course, 6 icons was the standard for starting level weaponry back then; that is not really the case anymore, with cheap 9 iconers like Ridiculously Heavy Battle Hammer and Throwing Cutlass available to all. The appeal of this weapon came from its ability to completely go through the faerie ability Burrow, but consider the other options we have these days: Cobrall In A Can does the exact same attack as this weapon, but can be found for less on the Shop Wizard. Scroll of Knowledge deals one less Dark icon than this Scroll, but offers plenty of other icons instead. Oh, and it's almost as cheap as other members of the Scroll Family. For a bit more NP, Energy Blaster and Ramtors Spellbook offer more formidable attacks with Dark and Light icons. So is Scroll of Dark Nova completely terrible? Not quite. Rating: | Price/Power (0/5) 6 Icons is by no means horrible but there are many better items around. When you consider this is rarity 99 AND only given out by the premium battledome? This item most likely wont see the same level of deflation as others. Countermeasures (2/5) This is a nice combination which can be wounded by the Virtupets X-514 super shield, but avoids common blockers such as the Leaf Shield and Scarab Ring. Alternatives, Upgrades or Downgrades Realistically, upgrading to a Scroll of Knowledge offers the same icon types, but then more other ones to boost it. Besides this there are many other cheap 8-10 icon attackers which are worth more of a look in then this. Other Points (None) Final Thoughts Powerful?
