Rating: | Price/Power (0/5) 11 icons for 250k, Honestly, given the more reasonable price tag and the fact stealing is for the most part broken anyway you are paying a premium for something likely not worth your time. Countermeasures (0/5) It has a decent spread, but likely not the bulk of icons required today for most weapons. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades The Patched Magic Hat, {Wanderers Cloak}}, even the Kiko Skull Pirate Hat- all better and non restricted armor types. Other Points Final Thoughts These "full" items are rarely worth the hassle. I wish that neopets moved over to a slot based system for defense items where you could slot in certain non-percentage wearables like this to always work without wasting your item or something; otherwise I see little value in anything like this. Rating: | Price/power (0/5): Extremely expensive and hard to find. Defense is not worth that kind of price. Tactical (2/5): This is interesting. It's like a Leaf Shield with different icons. However, given the price, this should be on par with Ghostkershield or Faerie Tabard. It's not. Bonus (0/1): All full armours are insanely overpriced.
