Overview:
The Celebratory Confetti Cannon is a weapon that was introduced as a prize for the Wheel of Celebration, an event celebrating the website's 25th anniversary. After the event ran its course, those who weren't so lucky to earn it from the wheel would then get a second chance from Fyora herself through the Hidden Tower. So anyone with a few million Neopoints lying around, which in this day and age is almost everyone, could get their hands on this powerful party popper.

Accessibility: 4/4
You can get this from the Hidden Tower for 10m, but you can find this from other users for under half that price. And for something as powerful as this, that's practically a steal.

Viability: 5/5
20 icons is a whole bunch of icons. That's about what the Anagram Swords hit on average. The jump from Roxtons Trusty Bowie Knife to this is kind of crazy. The defense and reflection is a decent bonus if you need it, but the damage is the appeal here.

Alternatives:
If you're able to end a battle in a single turn, the Ghostkerbomb and Varia is the Bomb are preferable options. If you can't use Lens Flare for some reason or are just averse to using it, the Sword of Reif might be something to consider since it's harder to block.

Final notes:
This cannon itself is worth celebrating.

Price/Power (4/5)
Very few weapons surpass 20 icons of power multiuse except the very best items on the site. While this certainly isn't quite at the level of the Grapes of Wrath or the Wand of the Dark Faerie; it does provide a whole different blocking experience on top; with additional damage through reflection. The only downside is that the blocking is 50% not 100%; otherwise this is a score.

Countermeasures (5/5)
I think if you are going against darkness or air, this could be an interesting alternative to the The Mystical Tablet- if the damage increase and reflection does better than the full 100% block.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
If you already have a The Mystical Tablet, Wand of the Dark Faerie and a Grapes of Wrath you may have a hard time finding a place for this weapon even if it is powerful, but I think it is a nice ace in the hole for you to have if you want to try and get a little more damage from the 25% reflection. If it had 75% defense and 25% reflect, it'd likely be better than the tablet for all bar the weakest pets.
