This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use.

Price (3/3): Now that this became a potential prize for weekly quests its prize has gone down significantly, and on top of that even if you don't have enough to buy it, you can get it for free. If you don't complete your daily quest the weekly reward will reset, and you'll have another go at it. As long as this weapon stays in the pool for weekly quests this its price will never go to an unacceptable level.
Power (5/5): 9 icons is mediocre, and the icon types aren't that good, but this isn't why you're getting this item. The main draw of this is the full dual blocking, with physical and dark being some of best types to block. To put it into perspective, this fully shuts down Sword of Skardsen, and any weapon that heavily relied on those icons would be crippled to the point that you'd either break even or over in the exchange with those 9 icons. On top of that, this weapon has a constant multiheal that, while not being that impressive, will eventually add up on the long term. This is the kind of weapon all dual duties aspire to be. Honestly, this weapon makes every single dark or physical blocker obsolete by default, be it a shield or a dual duty. One has to offer either a completely different niche like reflecting/freezing, or an extra defense icon like how Rod of Dark Nova swaps physical for fire to even compete. For 1P this will only see use against extremely strong enemies with dark/physical weapons. For 2P this will definitely see us, since at the VERY LEAST it can turn all anagram swords into 15 iconers.
Uniqueness (2/2): While this is slightly inferior to Rod of Dark Nova in terms of healing and icon types it defends, the latter is so rare and expensive it doesn't affect the rating in term of uniqueness, and even then, physical is a way more common type that you'll see in more weapons. No other weapon really does everything this one does. Some do better multi healing, and some have dual blocking as well, but it's never as reliable as this one.

Overall it's a must in every set where it's allowed. Now that it's technically free you should try your best to obtain it, or just pay the (now) extremely cheap price this is going for if you don't feel like waiting for it to become an available prize to you. Because of that its final rating is 10/10.
