Ratings - Wand of Lameness
Rating: | Price/Power (0/5) These dual duties are really underwhelming, especially considering the huge price. Countermeasures (2/5) Pretty good attacking icon combination, and fire is very useful to block. However, the level of power still doesn't make up for this. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades This is no Sword of Lameness that's for sure. Stick to more powerful attackers like a Scroll of Knowledge or better defenders like Altadorian Swordbreaker.... Other Points (1 Bonus) It is retired due to being a plot prize. Final Thoughts This is a play on the concept of a Sword of Lameness which was used to crush multiple of the bosses long before TNT intended. Shame it doesn't provide an experience even half as "fun" as the sword, let alone an actually useful abilities. Rated on April 29, 2013 |
Rating: | Price/power (0/5): Not bad for fire defense, but the attack is really, really lacking, especially for the price. Tactical (2/5): Attack is easily blocked by common shields such as the Shiny Shoal Shell Shield and the Studded Leather Cuirass. Defense is useful against any weapon that does lots of fire icons, but it's pretty much the only selling point here. Bonus (0/1): NOOOOO!!! I was hoping for better prizes from a WAR!!! Closing remarks: Stick with that Scarab Ring for now, and spend your prize points/NP somewhere else. This wand is really lame, unlike the Sword of Lameness, which at least has some specific uses.
