Overview: The idea is creative, but the cost is too high to justify the use. I think if these were like 5m, I'd probably think more highly of them.

The Good: The icon max is decent, but the mean is too low to be relied upon.

The Bad: First of all, with a mean of a lousy 13.34 icons, you're better off with a Stone Foam Finger for long battles, as over time those will overpower. But without going that low, I'll step down to the Skarls Hasty Mace, which costs 30% less, but has a mean of a more reputable 16.64. Finally, if you're willing to pay for these, you can afford a Kelpbeards Trident which utterly destroys this head to head. You can pay a bit more and get a Sword of Reif or Sword of Ari, both of which are better bets in battle.

I almost forgot about Faerie Tabard and Hobans Hat, which both utterly decimate the hair sticks.

The Ugly Truth: You can do better for cheaper, both in icon types and damage. It's best to skip the Porcelain Hair Sticks unless you're one of those people who like overpaying for inferior weaponry.

Price/Power (2/5)
Upwards of 19 icons is decent, but not worth using.

Countermeasures (2/5)
Fire and water is hard to get both down at once, but not impossible. You could find a much better way to use the funds you spent on this

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
You might as well just spend the extra million and get yourself a Sword of Reif

Final Thoughts
Why would anyone fight with hair sticks?
