Rating: | Price/Power (2/5) 9 icons is on the cusp of being useful, and this price isn't too horrible to boot. Countermeasures (4/5) A very good combination of icons in comparison to other cheaper items of this level, so you may find some use for this. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades There are many cheaper items out there that do as much damage or more, such as the Sun and Moon Chakram, Throwing Cutlass or Scroll of Ultranova- but if what you want is the icon variety- go for it. Rating: | Price/power (3/5): Pricey for a 9-iconer, but the icons are nice. Tactical (4/5): No shield at this level can fully block it. However, the Parasol of Unfortunate Demise reduces it to 3 icons. Still, it's arguably better than most 9-iconers out there. Bonus (0/1): The description implies that it freezes your opponent, but that's clearly not the case. Closing remarks: One day, you'll want to upgrade to Brynns Legendary Sword of Wraith Smiting.
