Ratings - Bent Fork
Rating: | This weapon used to stock in the Hidden Tower but is currently retired. This weapon has an incredibly niche use case, a relic from the early years of the site. The strongest weapon that it "bends" is Kelpbeards Trident, but you'd be better off to counter that with the more versatile Faerie Tabard or the much cheaper Enchanted Kiko Squeeze Toy. Rating: | Price/Power (4/5) Given its unique ability it will always be semi worth the price if you really want to use it. It is almost a shame this retired as without that it would be a much better weapon. Countermeasures (4/5) Given the rise in tridents thanks to the Kelpbeards Trident this is a bit more useful then it was, actually a lot more useful. However a full water blocker such as a Faerie Tabard or Enchanted Kiko Squeeze Toy would do the same thing for much less money. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades Assuming you want this due to its ability to destroy a Kelpbeards Trident there are much better ways to do that listed above, besides that there are few other options when it comes to matching such a unique effect. Other Points (2 Reduction) Removing points due to how easy it is to get the same effect using cheaper means, and due to just how massive the price is now days. Final Thoughts This item is hilariously great in a lot of ways- but battling isn't really one of them anymore. Rated on May 27, 2013 |
Rating: Rating History ▼ | Price/power (5/5): The effect here is unique, so it's worth any price. Tactical (1/5): This is useful against Chiazilla and those who have Kelpbeards Trident, but that's about it. However, in both these cases, you're better off with a Faerie Tabard and a full physical blocker or something. It's certainly not worth the price that it goes for these days. Bonus (0/1): A unique weapon like this should have stood the test of time, but no. Perhaps it would have worked out if it wasn't retired. Closing remarks: Get a Faerie Tabard to counter the same weapons that this fork counters, or get a Ghostkershield, Hubrid Nox Memorial Shield, etc. Rated on January 31, 2013.
