Rating: | This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use. Price (1/3): Good news? this is a daily drop, so it's dirt cheap due to there being hundreds of thousands out there. Power (0/5): Bad news? They all suck. 3 to 4 icons, split between 2 types, with a 33% chance of having a hard to block type... not like it matters since at the amount of icons you'd be better with any other half decent weapon. Uniqueness (0/2): Just like there's so many of this trash item, there are many items just like it out there. Overall it's what you expect from a daily drop. Cheap, underpowered, and overall useless. Rating: | Price/Power (0/5) Not only does this item only have a max of only 4 icons but also has a chance to do.. nothing? The idea of a chance based attack is normally to allow for more powerful or harder to block alternative icons but here offers nothing substantial. Countermeasures (0/5) Most of these icons are easy to block, but at this level does it even matter? The chance to do absolutely nothing added in? Why even bother to counter this. Alternatives, Upgrades or Downgrades Just get a Scroll of Knowledge which does almost all these icons at once, but skips on the nothing and easy to block physical. Rating: | Don't let all of these combinations fool you, this weapon is junk. The possible effects of Frost Gloves can be summarized this way: 5/6 chance of 2.2 to 4 icons 1/6 chance of absolutely nothing Sound good? Not at all. Not even close. If you like Water and Air icons, Throwing Cutlass, Ice Club, Rainbow Scroll, and Steaming Skeem Potion are all better options than Frost Gloves. Rated on December 2, 2012 |
