Rating: | This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use. Price (0/3): Being cheap doesn't always mean that the item is worth it. Any neopoint spent in here is a neopoint wasted. Power (0/5): 3 defence icons, that's already bad enough, but to top it off it's 3 separate icon types. The chances of you defending all isn't that great, and even if you did, you'd be better off with any kind of pure constant attacker. Uniqueness (0/2): Worthless shields? They're everywhere. Overall this is what you expect of a terrible shield. Nothing more, much less than you'd expect. Because of that its final rating is 0/10. Rating: | Overview: This is a highly corrosive piece of armour? Why would you even want to strap it on in the first place? The Good: It's doesn't block zero icons... The Bad: Three icons of defense is a joke now, and was a joke even in the humble beginnings of the Battledome. Recently the poorly-rated Team Darigan Altador Cup Shield was released and out-performs the Arm Shield handily, while being essentially free to any Altador Cup participants. For real defense, the Studded Leather Cuirass is available at a low cost and is what the Arm Shield wishes it could be. The Ugly Truth: Did you try on the Arm Shield? Better go wash your arm off. Rating: | Price/Power (0/5) Moo. Countermeasures (0/5) 3 icons overall is a bad defense even if just a single icon type, spread over three icons basically a fly could beat this plate. To be honest however, it is a plate of metal on your wrist, how much do you expect it to block? Alternatives, Upgrades or Downgrades Find a different shield, realistically this one is in no way worth your time. Other Points (2 bonus) One point because I have to, then a bonus point for being a ton more honest and better then the weak and misleading Accelerator Helmet from the same era.
