Rating: | Overview: Like a stylized cape, this "shield" offers little more protection than every day clothes. The Good: The Cloak can be paired with Regal Mynci Stars. The attack may make your opponent feel bad for you and withdraw from the fight. The Bad: The Cloak is basically a super weak version of the Parasol of Unfortunate Demise. Even if the Parasol didn't exist, 6 icons of defense isn't worth bringing into the dome. No sane battler would be bringing in any weapons that could lose to this. The Ugly Truth: While blocking earth and water may be desirable, the blocking is not desirable in these quantities. The Parasol of Unfortunate Demise is worth looking into for the exact same types, and the Leaf Shield is good if blocking physical is preferred to blocking light. Either way, the Regal Mynci Cloak shouldn't be considered seriously. Rated on September 30, 2014 |

Countermeasures (0/5) A defensive item is meant to be able to take down more then itself, here it can barely take down any items at all. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades Just get a Leaf Shield or Kiko Skull Pirate Hat. Other Points Final Thoughts Cloaks are not nearly as cool on neopets as you would expect.
