Rating: | Overview: I guess someone at TNT had a King of the Hill reference quota to fill. How does this work for pets without pockets? Does this just come with a pocket? Accessibility: 3/4 It's a pretty common prize from certain TVW battles. But since those aren't the most up-to-date battles, this might stop being in mass numbers pretty soon. Viability: 2/5 11 icons is about the minimum an attacking weapon needs to be good. But that's probably just for the first day or two of battling once you can get your hands on the Bundle of Burning Birch Branches. Heck, maybe not even that when you can get The Omelette Sceptre for free! This gets an extra point over the usual for the Earth defense, even if it's a pretty small amount. Alternatives: As I've mentioned in the previous section, the Bundle of Burning Birch Branches and The Omelette Sceptre are easily attainable weapons that do more iconage, and in the case of the latter, more versatile survivability. For Earth defense with an attack, you can check out the Roxtons Trusty Bowie Knife, though bear in mind that it's considerably more expensive. Bonus points: None provided. Rating: | Power (1/4): 11 icons and 20% of earth blocking would have been stellar way back when. Unfortunately, in Y26, these won't make a dent compared to the golden standards of weapons nowadays. Price (1/4): Admittedly, buying these won't make a dent in your bank account either! Other (0/2): It's funny to think about the lore implications of how this weapon works in-universe. If a pocket alone could block 20%, imagine what a backpack could do! Alternatives: Look no further than Roxtons Trusty Bowie Knife for more icons AND more % blocking. But, if you're a beginner and all you care about is the offensive iconage, grab two Bundle of Burning Birch Branches until you're ready to graduate to more expensive weapons. Rating: | Price/Power (2/5) 11 icons isn't much on its own so we need to consider the defense as well. It isn't horrible however, and the price will be decent forever due to how common it is thanks to the plot. Countermeasures (2/5) The question here is, how much do you need 20%; At this level of battling, it will do more than its price suggests at only 4np at the time of writing, but unless you are constantly facing high level earth attackers such as peas, it won't be worth using. If you ARE fighting wall to wall peas, maybe try and afford a slightly better earth blocker than this? Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades There are two key upgrades here, the Pretty Negg Shield is likely better if you are actively facing powerful earth weapons often, while the Roxtons Trusty Bowie Knife is an upgrade in both power and performance despite the dramatically increased pricetag. Other Points Final Thoughts It's really not a bad item, I just wish it had a little more.
