Rating: | Price/power (0/5): This isn't worth it at any price, not even if it were free. Tactical (0/5): Easily blocked by Thief Dagger, Studded Leather Cuirass, and Virtupets X-514 Super Shield. Not that there's enough to do serious damage even if everything got through. The fact that it's fractional only makes this worse. Bonus (1/1): Only because I can't give this a 0.
