Generally dual duties need to be above that point substantially to gain a recommendation from me. Countermeasures (0/5) Light is very much a trash icon type right now. Much better ways to deal it- much better ways to block it. Alternatives, Upgrades or Downgrades There is no real direct dual duty which matches this. But for the attack you could go for either the ""Energy Blaster"" or the ""Sun and Moon Chakram".
