Rating: | Price/Power (0/5) The price is starting to become more manageable, but for only 11 icons? It is a hard sell. Now, if all of the icons were say, 4 - 16 icons would be MUCH more appealing, but as it stands we are looking at an item which was likely outclassed before it could be properly priced. Countermeasures (3/5) I think the primary issue with this weapon is that it doesn't have quite enough power to justify itself anymore, which is a shame. The Sophies Magic Hat will take of a bit, but so will everything due to the nature of the weapon. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades This is about the same price as the Void Blade; that should say everything you need to know. Rating: | Price/power (0/5): Extremely expensive for a mere 11 icons. Tactical (4/5): This isn't easy to block, but like the Bow of the Air Faerie, it's not hard to block at least something here. It's especially vulnerable to Sophies Magic Hat, though most other shields don't pose a serious problem. Bonus (0/1): Not sure how this is preferred by dark faeries. Closing remarks: Get yourself a Scroll of Knowledge instead. If you're willing to pay as much as this bow, get Ylanas Blaster, Brynns Legendary Sword of Wraith Smiting, or [{Altador Cup Throwing Star}}. Rated on April 28, 2013 |
