Rating: | This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use. Price(0/3): Way, way more expensive than it's worth. You could easily buy way more useful battledome items with the amount of neopoints this one costs. Power(0/5): The amount of icons this shield defends against is way too low, wasting a slot in today's battledome when you could attack more instead., and to make it all worse this shield has fractioned icons, so it wouldn't fully defend the amount of icons you'd assume at first glance. Uniqueness(0/2): Most shields tend to defend icons in such low amounts that it's not worth it to use them over any weapon. This isn't the exception. Overall it's just your average underpowered, useless item. Nothing worth checking out here. Because of that its final rating is 0/10. No. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades Even a Cloak of the Moon is better then this... but honestly you would be better with a Sophies Magic Hat instead or ditching the fire and going for a Dark Faerie Cloud Racer Helmet Other Points Final Thoughts This is why neopia can't have nice technology- people rip all the parts out and use them to make bad battledome items Rated on August 12, 2014 |

Rating: | Price/power (0/5): Expensive, weak, and fractional. Tactical (0/5): Fire and dark aren't that commonly seen together, and when they are, there will most likely be more than 6 icons. This shield is therefore terrible. Bonus (1/1): Can't give this a 0. Closing remarks: Get a real shield. The Lair Beast Tooth Shield is cheap and effective. Save up for a Leaf Shield, Shiny Shoal Shell Shield, or Studded Leather Cuirass. Sophies Magic Hat is a direct upgrade, but is also more expensive than the other shields.
