Rating: | Price/power (1/5): Expensive even compared to the Cloudy Wand of Storms. Tactical (2/5): There are better options for blocking earth, most of which are shields. The attack here isn't really worthwhile, and the Cloudy Wand of Storms is slightly more powerful. Bonus (1/1): At least it's an interesting weapon. Rating: | Price/Power (2/5) Close to being a point where it isn't entirely useless. But for the cost there are other options Countermeasures (2/5) Drops down some icons from several good weapons, while providing a decent icon spread Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades The Frozen Water Daggers are a much better option however, as they just offer those 2 extra icons needed to get the weapon up to 12 icons.
