Rating: | This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use. Price(0/3): Completely worthless. Any neopoint spent on this item would be a waste, so it doesn't matter if it were dirt-cheap. Power(0/5): The amount of icons this weapon does is too low for today's battledome. There's not much else that can be said about this weapon beyond how underwhelming it is. It doesn't do anything special at all while the amount of icons it deals is pathetic. Uniqueness(0/2): Sadly, most weapons tend to be rather underpowered or bland, be it because of lower than average icon count, easy to block icon types, or just oversaturation. This isn't the exception. Overall it's just your average underpowered, useless item. Nothing worth checking out here. Because of that its final rating is 0/10. Rating: | Price/Power (0/5) 5 icons for an item which is already too much NP. Due to being retired plot prize it will only increase in price over time is a great indication of an item to avoid battledome wise. Countermeasures (0/5) Split icon types of this number are a hindrance in getting damage through shields. Alternatives, Upgrades or Downgrades: Much like any sub-6 icon attacker the many clear upgrades are the 6 icon staple items which are commonly used in the Battledome such as the cheap Obsidian Dagger. Flask of Liquid Fire is a much better option these days. Other Points (1 Bonus) This item earns points for being a retired plot prize, but loses one for being part of the horrible Atlas of the Ancients plot. Final Thoughts A disappointing younger brother to the otherwise decent magma blaster prize from the same plot. Rated on November 17, 2012 |
