Power (0/5): when weapons nowadays can do over 5 times the damage this one deals, you know how bad this is. Uniqueness (0/2): Underpowered multiuse weapon. Most trash ones are like that. Countermeasures (0/5) A lot of shields block physical without breaking a sweat, this little is even worse. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades I'm sure just your hands could do a better job at tickling people than this. Other Points (1 Bonus) Because I have to.
