Ratings - Jetsam Fish Bone Saw
Rating: | Price/Power (0/5) A species restricted dual duty which offers a pathetic level of icons. Countermeasures (0/5) These icons are easily blocked without trying- the super cheap Kiko Skull Pirate Hat for example. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades Snowager Sword would likely be the best dual duty replacement to this. If you really want the physical defense the Altadorian Swordbreaker wins out- Even a Scarab Ring crushes this. Really I personally see no reason to use this when you can get the scarab ring that offers the same amount of icons- a better spread- and additional (and better) fire based defense. Other Points Final Thoughts This "bone saw" would likely not even break the skin. Rated on March 30, 2016 |
Rating: | Price/power (3/5): Not terrible, and cheap dual duties are hard to find, but there are better deals out there. Tactical (3/5): Defense is great for beginners--physical icons are extremely common--but it lacks attacking power. The saving grace here is that the water icons aren't particularly easy to block, and it'll come out even against common weapons such as the Ridiculously Heavy Battle Hammer. Bonus (1/1): One of the few species weapons that could be useful (to beginners, in this case). Closing remarks: You'll quickly outgrow this. When you do, get a Scarab Ring.
