Rating: | Price/power (4/5): At first glance, this is quite expensive for its raw power. However, this attacks with mass earth, which makes it different from all the others. Tactical (3/5): Mono-icon attacks are always useful, and this is no exception. The Leaf Shield is the only thing at this level that's a serious threat, and even then you'd get 1 icon through. Also watch out for the Shiny Shoal Shell Shield, which reduces this to 3 icons. But in an age where 9-iconers are losing relevance, is this scroll really enough? Bonus (0/1): Would have preferred a non-fractional weapon. Closing remarks: This is one of the 9-iconers that are still relevant in the Battledome. I wonder if TNT will release more 9-iconers that have a lot of icons in one type, though having all 9 in one type would be quite overpowered... Rated on September 30, 2013 |

Rating: | Price/Power (4/5) Offering 8.6 icons is on the border really weapons-wise. While you can easily get more powerful weapons like a Scroll of Knowledge the bulk earth attack of this weapon really makes it shine out. Add into that the fact that this is actually pretty cheap and you have a good option in battle. Countermeasures (3/5) A Leaf Shield will take a huge chunk out of this but other then this there is little out there that can really cut this back much. A rather good item really, Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades The Scroll of Knowledge or other 9+ icon items may be better than this during a plot, but realistically this still works. Also, you could downgrade attack-wise to the {{Alatadorian Swordbreaker}} which offers less attack but a 100% physical defense.
