In theory- everything. In practice this opponent uses so little physical that this may have well just been a Supersize Gargantuplex.

Worse then:
Technically the Slime Pendant, since it is his most powerful attacking item.

No. Most items are horrible.

Worth Using?:
No. Not even lab rats with low defense would get much use out of this horrible net.
