Tactical (0/5): Not sure what you'd be doing with so few icons. Not to mention they're easily blocked.

Bonus (1/1): This should really be a wearable.

Closing remarks: Clearly TNT classified this item incorrectly. Get a Ridiculously Heavy Battle Hammer in the meantime. It does all this and more.
