Realistically the power of this is way too low, lower then even the 6 icon standard which has been replaced by at least 8-11 icons.. Countermeasures (0/5) Up to half the icons are easily blocked physical and the other half isnt too much better. Really this is not worth using even if you dug it up out of the ground... Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades If you need to use THESE items, at least use a Festive Holiday Scroll or Ice Club. If you want more power a Scroll of Knowledge would be an option too.
