This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use.

Price(0/3): Completely worthless. Any neopoint spent on this item would be a waste, so it doesn't matter if it were dirt-cheap.
Power(0/5): The amount of icons this weapon does is too low for today's battledome. There's not much else that can be said about this weapon beyond how underwhelming it is. It doesn't do anything special at all while the amount of icons it deals is pathetic.
Uniqueness(0/2): Sadly, most weapons tend to be rather underpowered or bland, be it because of lower than average icon count, easy to block icon types, or just oversaturation. This isn't the exception.

Overall it's just your average underpowered, useless item. Nothing worth checking out here. Because of that its final rating is 0/10. I can't give a rating of 0 however, so it gets a shameful 1 instead.

Price/Power (0/5)
Back when the scarab ring was still reigning supreme and before the brightvale scroll revolution, this wasn't that horrible.

Countermeasures (0/5)
Easy to block without effort.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
Get yourself a Flask of Liquid Fire or Scroll of the Scholar instead.

Final Thoughts
May be better storing pencils.

This weapon sports 7 icons for less than 1,000NP. That still isn't enough given today's standards.

Weapons like Scroll of Ultranova and Ridiculously Heavy Battle Hammer are equally cheap, but more powerful. Scroll of the Earth and Throwing Cutlass are also worth mentions, as they both avoid the undesirable, easily blockable Physical icons that this pencil box uses.
