Ratings - Frost Mote
Rating:

This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use.

Price (0/3): A bit too expensive for a fragile item, and an underpowered one at that.
Power (0/5): a 25% chance of doing LESS than 2 icons, and a pathetic defence of 1 icon of every type. That's terrible, and completely useless. to top it off this has a 20% chance of breaking, so it'd waste a battle slot, and then waste the neopoints it costed by destroying itself.
Uniqueness (1/2): Gotta admit, all uselessness aside... this is kinda unique in the way it works, so that's something?

Overall it's kinda what you expect from a mote, being mostly useless. Because of that its final rating is 1/10.

Price/power (0/5): This is a mote, which means it's almost guaranteed to be one of the worst weapons in Neopia. And in this case, it is.

Tactical (0/5): The defense is a mile wide and an inch deep at best, and there's a good chance that it'll block significantly less than 1 icon per type.

Bonus (1/1): Only because I can't give this a 0.

Closing remarks: Get a real weapon. If you're short on NP, a Scroll of Ultranova or a Scarab Ring will do nicely. Stay away from motes.

Price/Power (1/5)
.7-7 icons of defense, with a max of 2 if you are lucky... That is the really odd icon spread this super old battledome item offers. Rather misleading stats due to the ability for it to do .1 instead of a full icon. This item has a 20% chance of breaking and even if it doesn't break till the end of the battle it still further limits any possible use for the item.

Countermeasures (0/5)
There are basically no items I would suggest using that would be totally crippled if it had one icon taken off it, hoever the most effective use of this item I can think about is against a Scroll of Knowledge or Scroll of the Scholar, but even that is a rather pointless waste of a turn.

Alternatives, Upgrades or Downgrades
Having such a spread of defense is rare, but due to the power of the defense almost anything would be better.

Other Points (1 Bonus)
Really funny little thing isn't it?

Final Thoughts
Another pointless mote I suppose.
