Tactical (0/5): You're better off getting a more reliable freezer. 20% isn't nearly enough when your budget clearly isn't tiny. Bonus (1/1): Because I can't give this a 0. Countermeasures (0/5) This is its own counter, use a better weapon instead Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades If you want a low freeze chance with an attack attached, you need a Slumberberry Potion, which can do it more then once. Otherwise get a Randomly Firing Freeze Ray or a full freezer like a H4000 Helmet. Rating: | Low chance of freeze. Weak attack. Not good. I don't recommend freezers that don't have a 100% chance of freezing. (Exception: Multi-freezers) Fumbling around with this weapon is a waste of time; the time spent trying to pull off a freeze could have been spent using a stronger offensive weapon. A "free shot" won't make up for the fact that this weapon will fail to freeze four times out of five. This weapon commands a fairly high price thanks to being R99. Money spent on this weapon could be better spent elsewhere on offense, defense, or healing. Understandably, 100% freezers that don't break like Scroll of Freezing are expensive, but for those on a budget are better off skipping a freezer altogether. In 2-Player, using a chance freezer is a deadly gamble that will result in a lot of losses. (Stick to No Freeze battles.) In 1-Player, a freezer may be essential to getting past a tough opponent like one for the Defenders of Neopia missions, but if that is so, stick to using one the cheaper chance-freezers on the Shop Wizard.
