I just; don't have the energy to review this. It is another weak, overpriced item that offers nothing of value. Honestly, with only 12 icons of defense it doesn't even seem better than some of the other r99 armors; though it could be my memory failing me. Either way, with weapons being used by players pushing far beyond 13 icons now, this continues to fall out of relevance.

Final Thoughts
I would Grarrl on about this, but honestly it isn't worth getting my fill.

This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use.

Price(0/3): Way, way more expensive than it's worth. You could easily buy way more useful battledome items with the amount of neopoints this one costs.
Power(0/5): The amount of icons this shield defends against is way too low, wasting a slot in today's battledome when you could attack more instead. On top of that, this is a species restricted weapon, so even if it was good you'd need to have the respective neopet to use it.
Uniqueness(0/2): Most shields tend to defend icons in such low amounts that it's not worth it to use them over any weapon. This isn't the exception. Most species restricted weapons are like this, sadly.

Overall it's what you expect from a species restricted weapon. Only the healers and freezers are really worth it. Because of that its final rating is 0/10. I can't give a rating of 0 however, so it gets a shameful 1 instead.

Price/power (0/5): Absolutely terrible for the price. The Shiny Shoal Shell Shield is the one to beat.

Tactical (0/5): Icon types are useful but there's no reason to pay so much for something that can be found cheaply.

Bonus (1/1): Only because I can't give it a 0.

Closing remarks: Get a Shiny Shoal Shell Shield. It does pretty much the same thing.

Overview: The Full Grarrl Armour is pretty decent for a species defense weapon, however, the price tag puts it in a league it can't compete in.

The Good: A big simple spread of icons means it can block a little of everything. The air/water/earth combo blocks out some common low-level weapons like Scroll of Knowledge or Scroll of the Scholar.

The Bad: At a couple million neopoints, the Full Grarrl Armour is too weak to fight in its price range. Assuming equally-priced sets, a 2m blocker would go up against weapons like Dr. Sloths Personal Bath Buddy, which it can not handle. Basically, the weapon is priced out of the hands of the battlers who would actually use it in the 'Dome. In most cases, cheaper shields like Leaf Shield or Parasol of Unfortunate Demise would do better. To get very similar blocked-icon quantity with the same icon types, the much cheaper Shiny Shoal Shell Shield is the next best thing.

The Ugly Truth: I like the idea of the Full Grarrl Armour for low-level battling, but in its own price range, it can't compete.
