Price/Power (1/5)
I have finally been able to drop my score for this item thanks to the increased price and introduction of the Oasis Tonic. The "cheap" price that this is at now is pretty high considering the great value the Greater Healing Scroll used to be... Shame that it still doesn't have that same pushing power as the Greater Healing Scroll had.

Countermeasures (2/5)
This level of healing has rather limited use considering the low price of training these days. A small focus on training would easily push you above the useful threshold for this item... Once upon a time the only upgrade from the Greater Healing Scroll was the Velms Healing Potion (if you had the HP to support it) but now there are many teirs above this weaker scroll.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
Above this is the Greater Healing Scroll and the Rejuvenating Jar of Brains... but both of those are much more expensive then this. Thanks to the recent eating contest event the Cursed Elixir is now also a feasible healer at this level and better in most ways. Recently the Oasis Tonic has raised its head as a useful healer for this level. It is still no Greater Healing Scroll but so long as the prices stay low it will still be worth getting.

Other Points (No Bonus)

Final Thoughts
I hope one day the Greater Healing Scroll regains it's former glory.

Power: 3/5
At about 20k a piece this is a lot cheaper than it used to be, however with Cursed Elixir being even cheaper right now there's no real reason to get this.

Counters: 1/3
Healing cannot be countered, however this provides a rather small heal compared to it's big brother the Greater Healing Scroll and only marginally more than Cursed Elixir without providing the drain.

Uniqueness: 0/1
A simple healer without over-healing - nothing special here.

Bonus: 1/1
I bet those who invested in this hoping for an inflation during the next war will hate seeing it become less likely to inflate now.

Perhaps the nicest thing to come from the Obelisk War was the mass-release of these scrolls as an achievement prize. Although players have stockpiled these in anticipation of a future war, the price of Lesser Healing Scroll is now less than it was during the war, although still higher than it was pre-war.

At a current price of 20k, Lesser Healing Scroll is highly affordable for new battlers; this healer will be many battlers' first healer.

A 25HP heal will be quickly outgrown, Blue Scorchstone and Greater Healing Scroll are the next steps up.

I wish that the price of this scroll would fall back down to 1k-2k, since this healer is the go-to for first-time battlers. The current price is not crippling though, at least for now.

Price/power (4/5): Not bad at all at the time of writing. Much cheaper than equivalent Scorchstones.

Tactical (5/5): For pets without a whole lot of HP, this could be very useful. You'll outgrow this quickly if you train though. That doesn't necessarily mean you should ditch it--the next upgrade is much, much more expensive.

Bonus (1/1): At least this is still affordable. The Greater Healing Scroll became a lot more expensive over the past year.

Closing remarks: Healing is a necessary part of the Battledome, and until you can afford a better healer, you're stuck with this one.
