|Description||This item is no ordinary hair dryer... it will give a little of your opponents attack back to them. Fragile. You can only equip one of these.||

Ratings - Double Dryer
|This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use. Since most reflectors do basically the same, the reviews will be mostly identical.|
Price (2/3): It's dirt cheap, but only worth it if you're going to use it against a plot boss.
Power (1/5): at best you'll reflect half of your opponent's attack and come to a stalemate. At worst... you'll waste a weapon slot and receive full damage. Too much of a gamble except for a few situations.
Uniqueness (0/2): Like I said, percentage reflectors are not unique at all.
Overall It's what you'd expect. It's only good for certain situations where you know your enemy WILL use the icon type in mass. Because of that its final rating is 3/10.

At a Glance (1/3):
You and your opponent are taking half the damage your opponent throws at you AT BEST, if and ONLY if your opponent ONLY uses air. Pretty risky to use for such mediocre reward. And then there's the off chance that it might break.
In the old BD, the vast majority of battlers took advantage of the pteri's species resistance to air, which was a whopping 40%, and morphed their pets to pteris. While there are hardly any strong air defenders other than this, Triple Turbo Dryer, and Shield of Faerieland (there's also Shield of Soaring, Ring of Weightlessness, and Tornado Ring, but those're rather hard to obtain and sell) to stop any massive air weapons, having the majority of your battles against pteris really made using massive air disadvantageous. In fact, if you yourself battled with a pteri against a non-pteri, it could make the reflectors more stronger because after the air damage gets reflected, the amount you take is also reduced further. Naturally, people are conditioned at this point to avoid relying on air as a safe element to stack.
Not anymore! Currently in the new BD, pteris lose their resistance to air (as all resistances have been removed). Battlers, whether they know it or not, have some incentive to use massive air weapons, especially Sword of Ari because the expected shields people will generally possess are Hubrid Nox Memorial Shield and/or Faerie Tabard. Thus, SoAri becomes just as safe to use, if not safer, than Sword of Reif (because SoReif has easier to obtain reflectors to worry about).
Thing is, as opposed to its fire-equivalent brother, Turbo Flame Reflector...

50% still isn't enough to be worth it... But the price has dropped dramatically over the months which makes this item more useful if you happen to be going against a Sword of Ari
Reflected icons generally can't be blocked, but this weapon is useless without a significantly powerful blast of air. If it was even a little bit easier to block air I wouldn't give this point.
Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
There is the Triple Turbo Dryer but really that isn't worth it...
These weapons are weak AND fragile... talk about a double dose of horrible. At least this one is cheap and hits a semi hard to hit icon type. But still.
