Notes Currently doesn't take up your healer slot.
This item needs to heal at least 1 HP or block dark (or both) to break for the battle. It does not break for the battle if it doesn't block dark and is used at max HP.
Ratings - Flowers of Inner Healing
Rating:
7
Power (2/4):
Normally I'd rate anything that is not Leaded Elemental Vial or its clones harshly, but the fact that this can be equipped with other healers gives it an edge over things like Feel Better Soup or Sefira Gold Feather. The dark block on top is the icing on the cake.

Price (3/4):
You might have gotten this for free if you were actively playing during the time of The Void Within's chapter 7. Even if you weren't, it is still relatively cheap if you're looking for a second healer.

Other (2/2):
The Void Within's weapons have been either underwhelming or truly interesting, and it's nice to see that this one is one of the latter.

Alternatives:
As a sidegrade (and price-wise an upgrade if you participated on the corresponding Faerie Fragments event) you can look at Twinkling Faerie Dust. Other than that, your last stop will always be Obsidian Scorchstone, but make sure you upgrade your limit-one healer first!

Overview:
Kinda gutsy of TVW to release a 50% healer while also mass releasing the Leaded Elemental Vial in the same plot. This'll need to stand out in a way to make it worth it, and it does in an unexpected way.

Accessibility: 2/4
It's sandwiched a bit awkwardly between the Leaded Elemental Vial and the Feel Better Soup in price. It's more expensive than another 50% healer that blocks 75% of an icon, and not much cheaper than a full healer. But it's given out for free, so if you can't afford either, I guess it can't hurt to pick this up.

Viability: 4/5
A 50% healer is still alright at this stage, and the extra Darkness defense doesn't hurt either. It helps that you can't completely waste this weapon, either, as it won't break if it does nothing. But the real boon for this weapon is how it trespasses the only one healer rule, meaning you can equip it with any other healer, including copies of itself. If you need another jolt of health after using your healer, this can help you out.

Alternatives:
If you're using this and this alone, you're much better off using a Leaded Elemental Vial, which isn't much more expensive. But it can be used in conjunction with it, so that's nice. For healers that can be equipped with other healers, your only upgrade is the monstrously expensive Obsidian Scorchstone.

Bonus points: 1
For being equippable with other healers. That aspect is hard carrying the item's viability.

Final notes:
I guess stopping to smell the flowers isn't such a bad idea after all.

Price/Power (4/5)
50% heal, now, on the one hand it doesn't have or say "Only one Healing item" meaning that it could be intentional. However, if this was mis-used you could easily lose it thanks to the dark blocking. Which works more as a detriment than a feature. The price is also nice; but without 100% it is underwelming these days.

Countermeasures (3/5)
Once off 50% is good, 100% would be better.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
Right now the Leaded Elemental Vial is still a great option for a 100% healer; there is also another more powerful item that is currently as of the time of writing allowing more than one to be equipped at once (the Obsidian Scorchstone- which likely deserves a higher mark if it continues to display this behavior in the long term)

Other Points

Final Thoughts
an interesting weapon to say the least, but likely still overshadowed by recent other items.
