Do I even need to say how bad this is? 2 icons (max might I add) is by far too low for even a dual duty.

Physical is easy to block, but given this only does .2-2 icons of damage... I'm not even going to go on.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
Anything. Just get a Scarab Ring if you want a low level dual duty. Not this trash.
