Rating: | Price/Power (0/5) 55k is a steep price to pay every time this breaks, remember that when you decide to go down this route. Countermeasures (5/5) A scroll which will hopefully provide 100% freezing for several battles. Depending on how lucky you are, this could serve you very well. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades If you want a low freeze chance with an attack attached, you need a Slumberberry Potion, which can do it more then once. Otherwise get a Randomly Firing Freeze Ray or a full freezer like a H4000 Helmet Other Points Final Thoughts This was much better before freezing became so common. Rated on April 15, 2014 |

Rating: | Power: 3/5 This used to be a quite decent option for a first usage of freezing in a battle to just defeat that Defenders of Neopia opponent you cannot beat otherwise or the likes. However with the rise of Randomly Firing Freeze Ray Scroll of Freezing essentially lost that niche as it's simply too expensive to replace and breaks very frequently making the easily resellable semi-fragile RFFR a far better option to just beat that 1p challenger you have been struggling with so much. Counters: 1/3 Well... if you actually want to use this in 2p you gotta watch out for Clawed Shield and Rainbow Swirly Thing I guess, but I'd really not recommend it as this is so horribly expensive to replace that it's just not worth it.
