Recommended for: Beginner and Intermediate Battlers
Price at Time of Rating: 90k

This weapon was given out by the Festival of Neggs in 2022.

Strengths:
It's quite a bit more expensive than other beginner weapons that deal out 10-11 icons of attack, but the 50% fire reflection is a neat bonus that could come in handy against specific opponents. And it can be a very good stepping stone before the much more expensive fire reflector upgrades.

Weaknesses:
Reflecting 50% still leaves quite a lot of fire damage unblocked, and this amount of reflection might not have too drastic of an effect at lower-level battling where your opponent's strength boost is used to calculate the damage.

Alternatives:
This is somewhat comparable to the much cheaper Hanso Charisma Charm if you're looking for a beginner attacker that comes with a bonus effect.

When it comes to percentage reflecting or blocking fire, you'll have to dig deep in your pockets to upgrade to Frozen Cyodrake Shield, Clawed Shield, or Flame Reflectozap.

Notes:
This weapon was widely given out by Festival of Neggs and had a fairly low price for a while, but has been subject to fluctuations due to plot speculation.

Price/Power (4/5)
It is cheap, it is relatively powerful. While it doesn't come close to last year's OP weapon, it is by no means anything to scoff too heavily at.

Countermeasures (3/5)
Huge bulk icons of a relatively common icon type combined with a harder to block reflection. I think the only problem here is that the attack could be slightly higher; and that water is really likely to have a nice simple block available.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
In most circumstances, this will be weaker than the Water Powered Pistol; but an item with this many pure icons also providing even a minor reflection- let alone a reflection of a decent icon type? It's pretty good.

Other Points

Final Thoughts
I may be biased due to my love of Neggs; but the last couple of Festivals have been rather decent all things considered.
