Ratings - Cursed Elixir of Neovia
Rating: | Price/Power (4/5) Healers are a mess these days. Once upon a time the Greater Healing Scroll could be easily bought on the wizard for cheap and there was much rejoicing. Well, not really actually, most just took it for granted that it would always be cheap. Then after plot rumors they started to skyrocket, went as high as 250k and... never came back down? I don't know if this is because of the increasing number of players with pets that need decent healing or if it is simple market manipulation but either way here we are. Currently the Cursed Elixir of Neovia is a very decently priced 40hp heal, but there is more to think about... Countermeasures (2/5) Realistically a 40hp heal, while solid for number based healing, is more than a little outdated when you consider the fact that training and stat growth is a lot more common and non-percentage healers may not help much. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades Oasis Tonic would be a solid path for a downgrade, but realistically items such as the Bag of Healing Dust or the species healers are the way to go. Other Points Final Thoughts Better than I expected, but worse than it needs to be. Icon inflation has had its impact on the value of healing. Rated on April 21, 2017 |
