Price (0/3): No matter the price, if the item is useless then it's not a good price, sadly. Power (0/5): The amount of icons is still below today's standard, and most bombs, this snowball is single use, so it'd only be a waste of neopoints to use it. Uniqueness (0/2): There's a huge amount of snowballs like this. Overall it's what you'd expect from a snowball. Sadly these weapons aren't really useful anymore. Rating: | Price/Power (0/5) While this is reaching the point where it is almost powerful enough to be worthwile as a bomb, it still fades in comparison to other bombs. Countermeasures (1/5) While there is no direct way to block this snowball totally it still is not really powerful enough... Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades Id suggest a Shooting Star Muffin instead as it provides more power. Other Points (1 bonus) Final Thoughts Exploding water is still just water.
