Ratings - Galems Cloak
Value 0/3: 11 icons of defense selling for somewhere in the neighborhood of 200-300k is just a bad deal.

Tactical 2/6: The air and water defense are great for weapons encountered in the sub-500k tiers, but you're a little less likely to see so much dark thrown against you. Basically, this armor is unlikely to be utilized to it's maximal effectiveness in the majority of fights you get into.

Other 1/1: Like some of the other obelisk prizes, this may be desirable for some galleries one day, and this item does look pretty fantastic.

Conclusion: It's not terrible, it's just not good. And the price? The price is definitely terrible. Steer clear of this and take a look at better options like the Leaf Shield, Parchment Cloak, Devious Top Hat and Cane, Patched Magic Hat, Sophies Magic Hat, or Shiny Shoal Shell Shield.

Price/Power (1/5)
11 icons of pure defense isn't horrible. However the price is just way too high to make this worth it!

Countermeasures (1/5)
Darkness is already easy to block and unless you are versing a Darigan Sword of Death you most likely will never have to block this icon combo.... However if you are facing a Darigan Sword of Death this will do nothing to stop it.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
I would suggest a Hanso Charisma Charm for dark blocking really, certainly more worth it then the added water and air icons.

Other Points (1 Bonus)
Retired, looks rather nice too.

Final Thoughts
Another underwhelming plot prize.
