Power: 5/5
A surprisingly cheap step up from Greater Healing Scroll/Helm of Recovery seeing that the next step up would be Short Sleeved Yellow Tunic. This really is the best healer you can get before you getting into the multi-million range.

Counters: 3/3
Despite not overhealing, you should be able to go with this for a long time. Furthermore it really makes the niche Short Sleeved Yellow Tunic had even smaller, so you can pretty much just skip it and go straight for Crisp Blue Tunic or Bag of Healing Dust after this.

Uniqueness: 0/1
One of the many regular healers, nothing special here.

Bonus: 1/1
BRAAAAAINS!

Overview:Finally TNT released an incremental upgrade to the Greater Healing Scroll, and they did it as a war prize. Perfect.

The Good: 60hp is a nice step up from the greater healing scroll, and the upgrade comes at a still-affordable price. 10hp can often decide a low-league battle, so this advantage over the very common Greater Healing Scroll is nice. The next upgrade to the Jar of Brains is the {{Short Sleeve Yellow Tunic}}, which is a huge jump up in price.

The Bad: Really nothing is bad about this except that it's much too weak once you get over 200hp. If you're considering a healer and your pet is over 200hp, it's probably worthwhile to think about morphing to a different species and using a species healer such as Kacheek Life Potion or Gelert Healing Remedy.

The Ugly Truth: This is a great healer if you can afford the jump up from Greater Healing Scroll. The price will be steady or slowly falling thanks to the initial market flooding, and plenty of battlers who haven't spent their war points yet.

At a Glance (2/3):
Once every battle, use your incredible undead powers to draw 60 hp from this!

In-Depth (2/4):
Getting the best healer for your pet is essential, as it will effectively increase the time your pet stays alive. This jar of dirt- I mean... brains... is currently the best, economic, choice for many pets. It'll stick with you until you have ~120 hp, which is when you should start looking for a stronger healer (like Short Sleeved Yellow Tunic for instance).

Price (2/2):
It is currently priced at less than ~270k, which is a fantastic price for it.

Bonus (1/1):
This gets a bonus for reminding me of a rather fantastically catchy song. If you can recite it, I'll give you a cookie.

Final Score: 7/10

Price/Power (2/5)
At the moment of writing this is a pretty good deal. Similar cost to a Greater Healing Scroll for more healing. HOWEVER. The Greater Healing Scroll is HIGHLY overinflated right now and most likely will reduce to around 40-60k again. When that happens this item will still be a worthy upgrade, but less important.

Countermeasures (4/5)
60HP can be the difference between winning and losing in mid level battling, however due to not having overheal it is of limited use for anyone with a lower level then around 150hp.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
If you have over 600HP get a Velms Healing Potion instead. The obvious downgrade to this is the Greater Healing Scroll while the obvious upgrade is the Bag of Healing Dust.

Other Points (1 Bonus)
It is retired, and has an awesome icon.

Final Thoughts
Yum. Brains.
