In-Depth (1/4): 9 icons of total power isn't terrible, but there are many 10-11 icon constants that can be obtained relatively easily. These will outdamage this, making the battle and uphill one. Additionally, the attack is relatively easily mitigated, whether from shields like Studded Leather Cuirass and Wanderers Cloak, or from dual duty weapons like Ultimate Negg Hammer, Ancient Gnarled Wand, and Blunted Qasalan Gladius Sword. Price (0/2): ~18k isn't terrible either, but again, many 10-11 icon constants can replace this. There's Scroll of the Wise, which has a similar, but stronger offense for 7k, and Scroll of the Fool, which has an entirely different mix of elements for 8k. Scroll of Ultranova is the cheapest constant at 1 np! Bonus (1/1): I wonder what occasions and conditions would cause this necklace to glow... in addition to what THE GLOW LUMPING MEANS??
