This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use.

Price(0/3): Completely worthless. Any neopoint spent on this item would be a waste, so it doesn't matter if it were dirt-cheap.
Power(0/5): The amount of icons this weapon does is too low for today's battledome. There's not much else that can be said about this weapon beyond how underwhelming it is. It doesn't do anything special at all while the amount of icons it deals is pathetic.
Uniqueness(0/2): Sadly, most weapons tend to be rather underpowered or bland, be it because of lower than average icon count, easy to block icon types, or just oversaturation. This isn't the exception.

Overall it's just your average underpowered, useless item. Nothing worth checking out here. Because of that its final rating is 0/10. I can't give a rating of 0 however, so it gets a shameful 1 instead.

Price/power (0/5): Ah, the classic Sparkshooter. Unfortunately it's no longer powerful enough even for beginners.

Tactical (0/5): Only 3 icons?

Bonus (1/1): A classic weapon deserves a bonus point.

Closing remarks: Get a Scroll of Ultranova instead. It's very affordable these days.

Overview: "I'll whoop you with dual Sparkshooters" - Overconfident Battledome Guy

The Good: One of the more iconic weapons in the Battledome.

The Bad: Unfortunately, its fame is due to its weakness. The Sparkshooter fails my Attack Fork test, which means it's worse than an ancient beginner's weapon. The art isn't even that good. If you want a lousy-but-fun weapon, look at the Flaming Toaster instead.

The Ugly Truth: If you can beat someone with dual Sparkshooters, they're really terrible, or the fight is super unfair.

At a Glance (3/3):
This little wand may only deal 3 measly icons in total, but it also has features (amongst the few that Penguin mentioned) the same chance to heal as Kings Lens, the same stealing frequency as Cobrall Wand, AND to top it all off, it possesses multiple use, unlike BattleGlowJewel.

In-Depth (4/4):
While it's relatively easy to defend against fire+physical (Faerie Tabard, Shield of Faerieland, Scarab Ring, Sophies Magic Hat) and light+physical type weaponry (Hubrid Nox Memorial Shield, Dr. Sloths Personal Body Armour, Fearsome Gladius), it's not as easy to defend both fire+light damage with one weapon. There's shields like Royal Blue Cape and Flaming Oven Gloves, but really, with enough firepower, the combination of the two is unmatched defensively. You would need to use two weapons to effectively counter any weapons that use a combination of fire and light.

This, among other things, is its chief reason to consider this in your set!

Price (2/2):
I have to say, even with such a steep, heavy price tag of ~4 nps, considering that it's practically a constant + defender + multihealer + freezer + stealer, and you get an amazingly economical weapon!

Bonus (-8/1):
Now, at this point, you must've been wondering if all the info that I have stated for this weapon's legit, and it is.

In a manner of speaking.

However, I will say that what you see with this weapon's what you'll get, and if you haven't figured that out yet, then I'd skim the other reviews for this famous wand, and meditate on them for awhile. :P

Values 0/3: Even if someone paid you to take this item, the np wouldn't be worth the time you'd waste discarding it.

Tactical 0/6: Awful.

Other 1/1: Has some nostalgic meaning for old-time battlers. But people were making jokes about this weapon before my 5 year hiatus to show they were with the "in crowd." You don't see people posturing and trying to get others to think they're cool because they can reference "I'm on a Boat" in 2013. This joke is equally played out. If you looked this weapon up because of something you saw on the BDC, now you know. It's an old inside joke—one that should be retired.

Wow! What a weapon!

Sparkshooter can defend just as many icons as Super Attack Pea!

Sparkshooter can attack for more icons than Ghostkershield!

Sparkshooter even has the same chance of freezing the opponent as Jade Scorchstone!

OK, this joke is getting old.

If you are new to the Battledome and someone recommended this weapon to you, there is good news! You are smart enough to look up weapon info with us. :P

Now that your initiation/hazing is over with, you too can become an educated battler. Obviously, this weapon is a joke and should never be used in a serious battle. I will list some cheap, much better alternatives for a first offensive weapon. :)

Price/Power (0/5)
3 icons is unusable despite the price, the only time you should use a weapon which does such a low icon amount is if it also is a 100% freezer.

Countermeasures (0/5)
Very few icons, all easily blocked. This can be basically ruined even by a user of a Scarab Ring and that is saying something.

Alternatives, Upgrades or Downgrades
Anything. But for a stronger burst of fire, light and physical try the Electro Sword instead.

Other Points (1 Bonus)
An old item which should be retired,

Final Thoughts
Yet another item past it's prime, they should have known it needed replacing when it started sparking like that (horrible joke)
