This item is not "terrible"- but I would be trying to look for at least 9 icons rather then settling for something at this level.

Given that this item shares a lot of similarities with the Scroll of Knowledge and Scroll of the Scholar it may be blocked without trying.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
Scroll of the Scholar or Multi Barbed Ice Spear when its price goes down.

I do wonder how pets are meant to battle with this when it doesn't seem to have any method of delivery (or even storage) to help you. I mean, it is called "unstable" slime and frankly I would rather not have it in my pocket

Price/power (0/5): The Ridiculously Heavy Battle Hammer does more for much less.

Tactical (1/5): Decent icon types, but there just aren't enough of them. You'll be outdamaged very easily.

Bonus (1/1): This was a very viable beginner's weapon back in the day.

Closing remarks: Get the aforementioned hammer, a Throwing Cutlass, or anything else that's currently recommended.

Very weak offense at 7 icons. There are many 10-11 icon weapons, such as Scroll of the Scholar, that would be a better choice. If you decide to use a weapon like this in battle, you will find yourself easily behind in power.

Price (2/2):
Can't say that there's anything with a better price tag than this. 400 nps or less will easily nab this slime, or a lucky visit to the Kreludor Meteor daily.

Bonus (0/1):
It wasn't that long ago (maybe a year and a half or two?) that this was considered for an absolute beginner's weapon set.
