Rating: | Price/Power (0/5) No. While the 100% block is pretty decent, it would be much better if it actually happened at a semi decent likelihood. Countermeasures (1/5) Has almost as much of a chance of breaking as it does actually blocking. Not worth using. Rating: | Price/power (1/5): Potentially a full blocker, but it's otherwise terrible for the price. Tactical (1/5): Attack is terrible but it could potentially block all water. Thing is, that's entirely dependent on luck. Would you really risk wasting a slot for multiple turns (and potentially have this break) before it finally procs? Bonus (1/1): At least this mote has potential uses. Closing remarks: This is one of the better motes, but it's still terrible. Get a Ridiculously Heavy Battle Hammer or a Scroll of Ultranova instead.
