Ratings - Master Wizards Cape
Rating: | Price/Power (1/5) Price is low, power is lower. Countermeasures (2/5) Eh, it has some spread. Not enough bulk though. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades Wanderers Cloak Other Points Final Thoughts This feels less like something a Master Wizard would use, and more like something a "master wizard" sells you in bundle with some "magic" beans. Rating: | Price/power (0/5): Very, very expensive for what amounts to a mid-level shield at best. Tactical (1/5): Assuming you meet the steep intelligence requirement, you're still looking at insufficient defense that's closer to the Virtupets X-514 Super Shield than to a full armour. And the water's fractional. Bonus (1/1): I'm wondering if this is some wizard's ceremonial cape, one that looks great as a wearable but isn't really meant for battle... Closing remarks: Get a Shiny Shoal Shell Shield, Studded Leather Cuirass, or Sophies Magic Hat instead. Rated on May 31, 2014 |
Rating: | I have trouble believing a Master Wizard would use such a pathetic cape. At R99, Master Wizards Cape is far too expensive for it to see battle use. The 600 Intelligence requirement for the Dark defense is absurd as well. This weapon is a collector's item only. Shields such as Leaf Shield offer a far better value for battlers.
