At least it is not a species restricted item Countermeasures (0/5) Takes very little damage, generally items do a lot more then this. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades Kiko Skull Pirate Hat may be a nice starting point. Other Points (2 Bonus) This is one lovely looking blue cloak. I would honestly want one.
