Rating: | Price/power (1/5): Extremely overpriced, but it's a very rare icon combination. Tactical (2/5): Very viable as a mid-level weapon, and it does block some common icons. However, the price is prohibitive, and when compared to weapons at a similar price level, this ceases to be viable. Bonus (1/1): Almost all full armours would be useful if they were cheaper.
